All incentives paid to participants of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Programs are considered taxable income to the group health plan subscriber and are reported to your employer for tax purposes. It’s important to note that with the upgrade to the new portal, both new and returning users will need to register and create a new account.Įxpanded Access for non-health enrolled employees: Well Wisconsin portal access and select wellness resources are now available to ALL Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) eligible state employees, regardless of participation in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance program. Customize the Well Wisconsin portal to fit your interests and well-being goals, and the portal will provide personalized guidance and information based on your needs. Improved Well Wisconsin Portal: The new Well Wisconsin portal, powered by WebMD ONE, provides an improved Well Wisconsin experience in every way. New Name, Same Program: StayWell recently merged with WebMD Health Services, so you will notice the change from StayWell to WebMD branding on Well Wisconsin materials. If you do not wish to participate in WebMD’s health coaching, simply ask to be removed from WebMD outreach call list.
